ORIENTAL MODERN PUBLIC SCHOOL
1. Attendance and punctuality.
Students are expected to attend school consistently and on time.
Absences must be excused by a written note from the parents or guardians.
Repeated tardiness or unexplained absences may lead to disciplinary action.
2. Uniform and Dress Codes.
Students must wear the school uniform every day.
Uniforms should be kept clean, neat, and in good condition.
Jewellery, cosmetics, and other accessories are not permitted unless approved by the school for special events.
3. Behaviour and Discipline.
Students are required to be respectful of all members of the school community, including peers, teachers, and staff.
Bullying, harassment, and all forms of discrimination are absolutely prohibited.
Any sort of cheating, stealing, or dishonesty will be punished harshly.
1. Fee Structure.
The fee schedule for the academic year is detailed in the school brochure and on the official OMPS web page.
Tuition, test, lab, and activity charges are all included in the fees. Additional prices for uniforms, books or transportation will be addressed separately.
2. Payment Schedule School fees are payable in two terms: Term 1 (April-September) and Term 2 (October-March).
Fees must be paid in full by the due dates listed on the fee schedule. Late payments may result in a penalty.
3. Payment Methods.
Payments can be made via a variety of methods:
Online payments can be made on the school’s website using credit/debit cards or net banking.
Bank Transfer: A direct bank transfer to the school’s authorised account
1. Admission Fee.
The admission cost is non-refundable once paid.
2. Tuition fee.
Withdrawal Before Term Start: If a student withdraws before the start of the term, 75% of their tuition cost will be returned.
Withdrawal Within 30 Days: If a student withdraws within the first 30 days of the term, they will get a 50% tuition refund.
Withdrawal After 30 Days: If a student withdraws after 30 days from the beginning of the term, no reimbursement will be issued.
